Winemaker's notes: This Chenin Blanc is inoculated in tank and then immediately moved to barrel. Fermentation takes approximately 15 days after which sur lie is done over a 4 month period.
Food suggestions: This smooth, medium-bodied wine is a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to game, poultry, pizza and pasta dishes.
Cellaring potential: Well drinkable now but will continue to improve if cellared for up to 3 years.
