Listen to what food and wine guru Michael Olivier has to say about our Perdeberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2010.
Perdeberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2010:
deep purple Cabernet, with a black berry and plumy nose. The intensity of the fruit is carried on to the palate where it fills one's mouth with juicy tannins and ripe, dark, fruit and hints of vanilla. The aftertaste is long and fruity.
Food suggestions:
Although Cab Sauv is the world's best known wine, paring food with it is a nightmare - no cream and definitely no tomato based dishes. Any curry, light curry, strong curry or even extremely hot tandoori goes excellent with Cab who lent the cooling and soothing effect for the palate.
